Connecting with and living from our Higher Consciousness - our Inner Guide and Teacher
This website is a toolkit for your imagination. It is a resource of meditations, creative visualisation exercises, podcasts and inspirational articles to help you live with self-confidence and positive mental well-being. Its purpose is to give you the tools to help you raise your consciousness so that you feel in tune with yourself and at one with the universe, thereby finding peace in your mind and joy in your heart and radiate that to the world in your work and in your life.

We are educated to learn and apply information, but we are not necessarily taught how to live from our conscience and develop good habits and character. When we connect to our conscience or inner guide, we are able to think independently and develop good judgement. We develop resilience and self-discipline; we are able to manage our emotions and thoughts to focus with clarity on tasks. We are able to find solutions through innovation and creativity and ultimately overcome the challenges we face in life and realise our aspirations. Most importantly, we develop empathy and understanding in relation to other people.

“You are seeking joy and peace in far off places.
But the spring of joy is in your heart.
The haven of peace is in yourself.”
Sathya Sai Baba

One of the tools are the teachings of Sri Sathya Sai Baba who taught about Educare, the process of eliciting from our heart the 5 human values of truth, right conduct, peace, love and non-violence. When we have confidence in and live from our conscience and live these values in our thoughts, words and deeds, then we are able to raise our consciousness.
Another tool is the teachings of Phyllis Krystal.

Until the age of 102, Phyllis Krystal spent her life practising and sharing a method she originated by which we can remove our personal limitations and negative habits and live as instruments of our higher consciousness. It is a method of creative visualisation in the form of symbols and guided meditations that are simple enough for a child to understand.

The eventual goal is to become an instrument of our higher consciousness, rather than controlled by other people/situations or a slave to our ego and desires. If practiced sincerely, we are able to become authentic and balanced human beings, free of past chains of conditioning and future anxieties. Phyllis Krystal wrote about this method in a series of books entitled, “Cutting the Ties that Bind” and gave seminars around the world up until the age of 100.

I am certified as having been taught in depth about her method personally by Phyllis Krystal and I helped her write her last book, “The Flight of the Phoenix to Liberation” (Published by Sidney and Phyllis Krystal Foundation)

Phyllis Krystal encouraged me to share what I had learned from her to help others. I am available to teach meditation, in particular what I have directly learned from Phyllis Krystal.

"Unleashing the Power of Love Energy"

When we are able to identify an area of waste - Money, Food, Time, Energy - and find out which habit is associated with that waste, we can then purify our heart by cutting the ties that bind us.

The workshop shared the guided meditation exercises taught by Phyllis Krystal that helped to purify our hearts by putting into practise Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s ‘Ceiling on Desires’ programme.
